Hello! My name is Misha and I am Japanese-Pakistani. Although I lived in Japan as a child, as an adult, I have been living in Japan since 2016. I have recently graduated from a university in Kyoto where I was studying at the department of media and communications, in the faculty of liberal arts. I have been working as an English teacher for the past four years; I have taught Japanese students over the age of 60, university students, and working adults.
Growing up, I attended international schools, which is why English is my first language. During my school years, I enjoyed public speaking, foreign languages, and music. I have a passion for traveling (when it is not possible to travel physically, I like to travel virtually). In my spare time, I enjoy photography, I like to sew clothes, cook food for my loved ones, discover new cafes/restaurants with my friends, and go on picnics. I love meeting new people and listening to their stories, I look forward to having great conversations with you!
